Hugh D. Bliss, 93, of Wellsboro, Pa., formerly of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012.
He was the husband of Mary Erway Bliss, who preceded him in death April 9, 2008. Hugh was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Wellsboro, Pa.
