Lorie A. Noviello, 52, of 1426 Pebblewood Lane, Williamsport, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 in Manorcare Health Services South. She was born in Williamsport on March 31, 1960, the daughter of Richard and Connie Mausteller Ulmer.
