Harry A. "Art" Bieber, 86, formerly of Turbotville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at the Watsontown Health and Rehab Center, where he had been residing the past two months.
Born in Muncy on July 8, 1926, he was the son of the late Harry .
