Grace E. Hughes, 86, of Wellsboro, Pa., passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013, while in residence at the Green Home. Grace was born on Sept. 26, 1927, in Orviston, Pa., the daughter of Josiah and Beatrice (Walker) Long.
