Doris Baynes, 65, of Portsmouth, R.I., and formerly of Millville, died Thursday, March 28, 2013, at the Steere House, Providence, R.I.
Born Sept. 9, 1947, in Millville, she was a daughter of the late Glenn and Ruth (Smith) Meckley.
