Samuel J. Walter, 54, Canton, Pa., passed away peacefully with family members by his side at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, on Friday, May 3, 2013.
Born in York, Pa., on Sept. 8, 1958, he was the son of the late Lester M. and Rosella M. Hart Walter.
