Theodore "Ted" Clark, 65, of Covington, died Friday, May 24, 2013. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Buckheit's, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, with memorial service following at the funeral chapel at 6 p.m.
