Nila V. Osborn, 74, of Mansfield, formerly of Wellsboro, passed away Aug. 27, 2013. Nila's Life Celebration will be on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, from 7 to 8 p.m. at Tussey-Mosher's, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St.
