Kenneth Leroy Bottorf, 82, of Williamsport, died Tuesday Sept. 3, 2013, at Sycamore Manor Nursing Home, Montoursville. He was born in Salona, Pa., on May 4, 1931, the son of Thomas T. and Odesa Gordon.
