Justene (Arnett) Bucci, 93, of Wellsboro, died on Monday, Sept. 23, 2013. A graveside service will be held at the Champlin Cemetery, Westfield. Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro.
