Harold H. "Rusty" Alexander Jr., age 59, of Covington, Pa., died unexpectedly Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, at the Bloomsburg Hospital. Rusty was born April 15, 1954, in Wellsboro, Pa., a son of Harold H. Alexander Sr. and Viola "Tillie" (Tillotson) Gorda.
