M. Isabell Rathmell, 93, of 706 Fairmont Ave., South Williamsport, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011, at the Valley View Nursing Center.
She was born Aug. 1, 1917, in Williamsport, a daughter of Abraham and Lavina Hall Pittinger.
