Russell L. Baney, 83, of Liberty, was born May 9, 1930, and passed away Jan. 1, 2014.
He is survived by his wife, Jennie R. Roupp Baney, and daughter Virginia A. (Harry T.) Beck, seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
