Daniel L. Rice, aka "Short Man," of Williamsport, was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., April 18, 1958; died on Jan. 20, 2014. Memorial service Saturday, Feb. 1, at 10 a.m. at Christ Community Worship Center, 436 W. Fourth St.
