Alexander Andy, 91, of South Williamsport, passed away surrounded by his family, Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at his home.
Born Nov. 20, 1922, in Fairpoint, Ohio, he was the son of Andrea and Mary (Anonie) D'Andrea.
