Betty R. Hughes, 89, of Bellefonte, formerly of Williamsport, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at her home.
Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 8, 2014, at the Church of Good Shepherd, 402 Willowbank St., Bellefonte.
