Neva P. Witmer, 70, of Williamsport, died Sunday, March 16, 2014, at ManorCare Health Services South.
Born June 19, 1943, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Bradley Evans and Neva J. Trimble.
Neva was of the Methodist faith.
