William F. "Pop" Miller, 72, of Muncy, died Friday, Aug. 6, 2011, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born Sept. 23, 1938, in Queens, N.Y., he was a son of the late William John and Winifred Marie (Wills) Mille.
