William K. Francis, 82, formerly of Wellsboro, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, at his home in Dundee, N.Y. Visitation will be held noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6 at the Tyoga Country Club, with a memorial service at 1 p.m.
