Henry W. Bower Jr., 68, of Trout Run, passed away Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. He was born Oct. 1, 1946, in Philadelphia the son of Henry W. and Rebecca Greenhalgh Bower Sr.
