Foster E. "Eckie" Eck, 76, of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014 at the Jersey Shore Hospital.
He was born March 17, 1938, in Rauchtown, the son of H. Stewart and Evanna (Huffman) Eck.
Foster was the husband of the late Mary E.
