Winona C. Messner, 94, of Covington, died Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at The Green Home, Wellsboro. She was born June 26, 1920, in Covington, a daughter of Charles H. and Anna (Patterson) Fessler. Winona was the widow of DeWitt William "Bill" Messner J.
