David T. Cummings, 89, of Mansfield, passed away Feb. 10, 2015, at Broad Acres Nursing Home, Wellsboro. He was born July 19, 1925, in Baltimore, Md., the son of Carl and Anita Triplett Cummings. Dave was the retired owner of Tioga Petroleu.
