Dorothy F. Jenkins, 93, passed away at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015.
Dorothy was born in Lock Haven on Nov. 13, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Joel S. and Laura (Fulton) Shaffer.
