Our beloved mother, Betty L. Harris, 84, of Montoursville, died Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at the Gatehouse. Born September 16, 1930, in Picture Rocks, Betty was a daughter of James Garfield and Sadie Pearl (Confer) Campbell.
