Carolyn D. Eiswerth, 69, of 810 Penn St., Williamsport, died Friday, June 19, 2015, in the Williamsport Regional Medical Center, Williamsport. She was born in Canton on Feb. 17, 1946, the daughter of Ronald Parker Sr. and E. Francis Brainard.
