Robert F. Kuntz, 70, of Bradford, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, N.Y.
He was born on May 27, 1945, in Muncy, the son of the late Robert and Frances Fraley Kuntz.
