Carmen L. Parks, 81, passed away at Geisinger CMC Hospital in Scranton, Pa. early Thursday morning, Dec. 3, 2015 following a brief physical illness. Ms. Parks, the second (middle) child of three, was born Nov. 7, 1934 in Montoursville, Pa.
