Joanne E. Fletcher, 85, of Loyalsock Township, died Dec. 20, 2015, at Williamsport Regional Medical Center. She was born Feb. 5, 1930 in Williamsport, the daughter of Raymond and Anna Margaretta Metzger Ranck.
