Ralph H. Evans, 91, of Mansfield, passed on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015. Born on July 5, 1924, in Charleston, Pa., Ralph was the son of Harry W. and Leah M. (Goodwin) Evans. In 1949 he married Betty Jean Cleveland, his loving wife of 53 years.
