Lillian W. Surina, 80, of Wellsboro, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at the Green Home in Wellsboro.
Family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at the Parkhurst Memorial Presbyterian Church, 302 W. Main St.
