Margaret "Peggy" "Fuzzie" Horton, age 89, of Mansfield, died on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was born Nov. 26, 1926 in Blossburg, a daughter of John and Josephine (Pelarski) Collins. Margaret was the wife of the late David "Scoop" Horton.
