Betty M. Chesney Ball, went home to Heaven on Nov. 25, 2015, at home where she was residing with her daughter, Susan in Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was born Sept. 6, 1933, in Shamokin, the daughter of William and Daisy Chesney.
