Sandra L. "Sandy" Dagitz, 71, of Montgomery, passed away Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, at the Gatehouse in Divine Providence Hospital. She was born June 27, 1945, in Williamsport, a daughter of Walter L. and Roberta K. Cole Dagitz.
