Lynn C. Womer, 72, lifetime resident of Williamsport, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016. He was a loving father of Brian Womer, Kristie (Mike) Clark, Scott Womer, and Garth (Sandrina) Womer and sister, Nina (Tom) Dempsey.
