Richard V. Thompson, 80, of Covington, passed away Sept. 2, 2016, at Roseview in Williamsport. He was born Sept. 2, 1936, in Chester, the son of Arthur and Sylvia Seaman Thompson.
Richard served in the military and was a retired bus mechanic.
