Ralph L. "Bud" Updyke, 83, of Tioga, passed away Sept. 10, 2016.
A memorial service and celebration of Bud's life will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at the Tioga Fire Hall. Military honors will be presented by the Tioga County Honor Guard.
