Betty J. (Martz) Serzinski, 90, of 140 Winter St., (DuBoistown), Williamsport, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center, where she was a patient for one day. She was in failing health for four years.
