Gene E. Lewis, 86, of Mansfield, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at the Green Home, Wellsboro.
A private graveside service will be held Oct. 7, 2016, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Champlain Cemetery, Westfield. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc.
