Mary Elizabeth Armstrong, 93, of Williamsport, passed away October 3, 2016, at Fritzingertown Senior Living Community, Drums, surrounded by family.
She was born on January 13, 1923, daughter of the late Charles A. and Mary C. (Manley) McQuillen.
