Albert W. Peterson, formerly of Williamsport, died Dec. 23, 2011, at his home at the Highland Farms Health Care facility in Black Mountain, N.C. He and his twin sister, Jean were born to Albert H. and Elizabeth (Webster) Peterson on Nov.
