Paul W. Asper, 79, of 249 Asper Lane, Lock Haven, died Saturday, April 21, 2012, at his home.
Born April 30, 1932, in Haneyville, he was the son of John B. Asper and the former Erlean Uffelman.
He is survived by his wife, the former Carole J.
