Fred R. (Rooney) Taylor, 87, a resident of Montgomery, passed on Friday, May 18, 2012, in the Gatehouse at Williamsport. Born in Milton, Northumberland County, Pa., on Friday, June 20, 1924, he was the son of the late Fred W. and Alma B.
