Andrew J. Sapochak II, 62, of Laporte, died Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at the Highlands Care Center.
Born April 17, 1954, in Bloomsburg, he was a son of the late Andrew John and Charlotte Mary (Krause) Sapochak.
