Fred P. Hunter Jr., 87, of Picture Rocks, died Sunday, May 15, 2016, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport. Fred married the former Ruby F. Courson on March 1, 1964. Ruby preceded him in death on Jan. 20, 2002.
